Head on over to the contact page, where you’ll find a view of my current availability and a link to fill out my inquiry form. A form submission is required to get a tattoo from me as it collects a lot of cruicial info I’ll need

I started my apprenticeship under George at True Love in July 2021, working the front desk and practicing on fake skin. I started tattooing full time around January 2022, and finished my apprenticeship sometime late 2022.

I love doing things with bold color, bold lines, and weird color palettes. I love weird stuff in general — anything that sounds absolutely absurd to any normal person to want permanently tattooed on your body. I love playing with fun effects like glitches and pixel art and working in themes around nature and memento mori.

I won’t take on any tattoo idea that I’m not confident I can execute well. I will turn down projects that have designs or placement requiring technical skills beyond my current experience level.
Beyond that, I won’t do:
-hate symbols (obviously)
-designs that hold significance to a culture that neither of us belong to
-Harry Potter tattoos
-fine line tattoos
-old school/American traditional -
They hurt — but a more specific answer to that varies wildly from person to person. The best description I’ve heard for the sensation of being tattooed is that it feels like a cat clawing at a really bad sunburn over and over. Some areas of the body are notoriously sensitive while others are more beginner-friendly. Your particular pain tolerance can also vary from day to day based on how much sleep you’ve gotten, whether you’re hungry or dehydrated, or your stress levels.

When you get to the shop, you’ll first be asked to thoroughly wash your hands and then fill out a consent form at the front desk. I’ll then bring you over to my workstation and show you your tattoo design. If there’s any adjustments you want made, we’ll take care of that together before we get started. I’ll then make a stencil of the design and we’ll get it placed perfectly on you. Once the tattoo is finished, we’ll go over aftercare instructions, have you check out at the front desk, and then you’ll be on your way with your fancy new ink!

Absolutely! Don’t feel obligated to be socially available throughout your tattoo — especially if you don’t want to be. I’m usually a fairly talkative person at work but I also have some days where I’m more on the quiet side. If you’d rather pass on having conversations, just let me know!
If you put on headphones, the only caveat is that I will periodically get your attention just to check in on how you’re doing and see if you need a break or anything.

Man, I don’t know. I’m autistic and mycology is one of my main special interests. They’re just really fascinating and the PNW has the perfect climate for a lot of diverse species so I love going on hikes to see what I can find!

There’s a few possible reasons:
- I forgot to even take a photo in the first place
- I’m behind on posting tattoo photos and try to schedule posts to be spread out, so yours is scheduled for some point in the future
- I’m prioritizing posting tattoos that are in the style I’m hoping to do more work in to attract clients that are into that style, and your tattoo falls outside of that art style
- It got lost in the sea of photos on my phone
If I did take a picture of your tattoo and you’d like me to send it to you, just shoot me an email.
